Cooking Class Registration

Sign up early as classes fill quickly. Register in the store, or by phone using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card to secure your seat at the cooking counter.

Registration IS NOT available by E-MAIL. Please read our Cooking Class Policy below and be sure to call if you have any questions about the classes. We will be happy to provide you with more information and get you registered. Call (503) 364-7900. Store Hours M-S 10-5.

Cooking Class Policy

All classes have a minimum and maximum enrollment and are subject to cancellation or rescheduling. Payment must be made at time of registration. The registration fees are refundable only when a cancellation has been made no later than 2 working days prior to any given class. If you find you cannot attend a class at the last minute, please feel free to send someone in your place. Our Class Instructors reserve the right to alter menus due to seasonal availability of recipe ingredients. We reserve the right to change the chef due to unforeseen circumstances.
