Carpaccio Sauce

Ingredients
4 Tb. mayonnaise
1 Tb. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp dry mustard
few drops of Tabasco
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T consommé
2 tsp lemon juice
cracked pepper
Mix all ingredients and serve over thin slices of beef ( as in
flank, or filet)
