Paprika Almonds

Lb Raw Almonds
1 Tbl Coarse salt (or to taste)
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
Extra virgin olive oil
Mix salt and paprika together. Set aside. Turn oven on at about
400 Degrees and toast your almonds mixing every so often for
8-10 minutes. Check on them because they will burn easily. Place
cooked almond in a bowl and add some good extra virgin olive oil
until all of the almond are coated.
Mix in your
dry mixture and serve at room temperature.
