Brussels Sprouts Italian-Style

Brussels Sprouts
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Parmigiano Reggiano –grated
Monte Grappa cheese—grated
Salt/Pepper
Basil, Parsley—julienne
Garlic cloves –chopped or whole

After boiling your Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 5 minutes, drain well.
Oil an oven proof casserole dish and lay the sprouts in it.

Combine basil, parsley, breadcrumbs, the Monte Grappa cheese, salt and pepper, and the garlic.

Mix the ingredients with the sprouts in the casserole and make one layer.

Top with the grated Parmigiano.

Bake in preheated oven –400 degrees—for about 20 minutes.
