your holiday menus! Brussels Sprouts Italian-Style
After boiling your
Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 5 minutes, drain
well. Combine basil, parsley, breadcrumbs, the Monte Grappa cheese, salt and pepper, and the garlic. Mix the ingredients with the sprouts in the casserole and make one layer. Top with the grated Parmigiano. Bake in preheated oven –400 degrees—for about 20 minutes.
